Who do You follow?

Wherever the LORD goes, I will follow.  In John chapter ten,  we read that Jesus is the good shepherd and we, his sheep, hear his voice.

Am I hearing God's voice or a stranger's? The scripture says, that a stranger's voice, Jesus sheep will not follow.  Who do you follow??  Here's a quick check list to help you decide:

  1. Am I reading the Bible DAILY? (how can you know the voice of God if you won't read what He wrote?)
  2. Do I pray - without ceasing ... that is, am I continually engaged in conversation with the LORD?
  3. Am I conforming my thoughts and behavior to what pleases the LORD based on what I read for myself in the Bible?

If you answered YES to ALL of the above - Excellent!  then you have positioned yourself to be a follower of your Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ aka the Word of God.

If you answered NO to any of the the above questions, then it's time for you to become a DOER of the Word and not just posing as a hearer.

It's easy to start!  Just pick up your Bible and begin to read, obey, repeat.

**pretend Christians don't obey the voice of God**
